About THE OWNER

Ronald L. Riddell, the President of PROMAX is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the District of Columbia. Mr. Riddell has over 25 years experience in management and is a native Northern Virginian.

THE 5-STEP Approach

To Successful Property Management

1.  Consultation to evaluate your real estate goals, preview property, and negotiate terms of contract and lease agreements. Includes a comparative market analysis and marketing plan

2.   Tenant processing with full background verification and Equifax Credit History report. Tenant consultation includes lease review and physical property orientation.

3.   Proactive Maintenance and Cam Program provides for immediate and long-term maintenance and repairs. Continuous property inspections, including pre and post occupancy.

4.   Financial and administrative services include collection of rents, payment of incidental expenses, disbursement of mortgage and association dues, monthly statements, and Form 1099.

5.   Professional representation available seven days a week throughout the year.

We offer leasing or management services or both on a comprehensive basis. You may
choose any or all of the following on a fee-for-services basis:

• Lease Preparation

• Applicant Processing (credit report)

• Move-In Orientation

REFERRALS FROM OTHER BROKERS

We will also guarantee your Broker/REALTORS all future rights to market your home for lease or sale.
